This is a very simple and easy craft to do at home and with supplies that you are sure to find at home.
You will need
1. White paper
2. Water colours
3. Toilette paper tubes
My daughter really had a good time doing this and needed very little help. I cut and made the leaves out of the paper tubes and helped her stick them to the tree. The pcitures are simple and easy to follow. Hope this helps you out on days when your little one wants to do something crafty.
After making Peppa Pig Puppets and Our Red Car we wanted to create their home. ( Click on the images or follow the link for those posts)
A while back I had drawn and cut this using construction paper and though my daughter loved it, she soon wanted something more. She would ask me where is peppa’s room and other questions along that line.
So we took out two cradboard boxes and worked on them to make a house. Almost all aspects of this house are hand made and that too by my daughter. It was a slow project that was done over a month.
We painted and played around with shapes and stickers to make pretty wall papers. For the outside walls I drew out rough peppa pig sketches that my daughter coloured.
Thanks to my daughters Aunt and Uncle(Attai and Attim) she now has the perfect furniture set to go inside.
And so here is our Peppa Pig Corner!

A few days back we had made these lovely peppa pig puppets.
My daughter wanted a peppa pig red car. This is the simplest car you will ever find and a large part of it can be done by your child. All you need is our favoriate used paper tube, a pair of scissors and some red paint. The pictures are self explanatory …
And look the whole family is going on a ride!
Used paper rolls have always been our favourite. Here are some great ideas. Follow the board for more!
My daughter loves Peppa pig and though we ration her time watching that, I think she has picked up many things watching and playing with Peppa pig.
In the past we have drawn and made small puppets of the Peppa pig show characters, this week I decided to go about it a easier manner. I complied these Peppa pig character printables from the internet. We then took printouts and cut them out and stuck them on cardboard. I went with black and white pictures as my daughter loves to paint and colour them herself. We used ice cream sticks to make the legs and viola , the entire cast is ready for play!
